蜜汁豆腐 Honey Tofu

材料:
日本豆腐2条
酱料 :(混合搅匀)
油少许、麦芽糖1汤匙、甜酱油½茶匙、黑酱油½茶匙、水2汤匙
做法 :
1 将豆腐切成半,放入热油炸至金黄色备用。(图1)
2 镬内热油,倒入调味料煮至滚。(图2)
3 将煮好酱料淋在豆腐上,以少许芫茜装饰即可。(图3)

INGREDIENTS :
2 blocks Japanese tofu
SAUCE : (Pre-mixed)
Some oil, 1 tbsp maltose, ½ tsp sweet soy sauce, ½ tsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp water
METHOD :
1 Tofu cut halved, deep fry tofu in hot oil till golden brown, set aside. (pic 1)
2 Bring sauce ingredients to boil until gravy thicken. (pic 2)
3 Pour sauce over tofu and garnish with some coriander, done. (pic 3)
